This is a non-smoking complex. This cottage is walking distance to Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, Spanish Village and many shops and restaurants. With easy access to I-8 and the 163 freeway, it is just a short drive to downtown, shopping malls and the beach. Owner pays for trash. Tenant pays for gas, electricity and water. There is a $50 per month per cat rent, with a maximum of two cats.
