Bixby Knolls is an established and charming neighborhood on the North end of Long Beach, close to the airport, multiple business headquarters, Whole Foods 365, and Trader Joe's. You can walk a block to the neighborhood park or drive a mile to Atlantic Avenue with its restaurants and shops . The unit is available for flexible month to month renting with most common time periods being 3-6. Rent includes all utilities -- AC, heat, electric, water, and trash, as well as WiFi. I offer flexibility but with strict guidelines to keep my tenants safe. A deal breaker is not following state and community guidelines to prevent Covid transmission or having guests in the unit without securing an OK.
