This a townhome style apartment and it has been updated very nicely. On the first floor is the living room, dining area, Kitchen, and a half bath. Off the kitchen and dining area is a glass slider that leads to a private fenced patio area. Upstairs there are two (2) bedrooms with a hallway with a vanity area. The bedrooms are separated from the bathroom and have closets. We have a very nice drama free building with long term tenants. So, if drama follow you around, please look elsewhere. (Please re-read the last two sentences). We are owner operators of all our rental apartments. We are not a management company. we take pride in our buildings and expect the same from our tenants. If you do not understand the importance of and know how to live peacefully with your neighbors, we will not be a match. Please look elsewhere. Depending on your verifiable rental references, work history and income verification, we require a 1 month security deposit, first and last month rent when application is approved. This is a non smoking building . Smoking will not be tolerated inside the apartment. This will be grounds fore immediate termination of your lease. we pay water, sewer, trash and lawn care.
