This a townhome style apartment and it has been updated very nicely. On the first floor is the living room, dining area, Kitchen, and a half bath. Off the kitchen and dining area is a glass slider that leads to a private fenced patio area. Upstairs there are two (2) bedrooms with a hallway with a vanity area. The bedrooms are separated from the bathroom and have closets. We have a very nice drama free building with long term tenants. So, if drama follow you around, please look elsewhere. (Please re-read the last two sentences). We are owner operators of all our rental apartments. We are not a management company. we take pride in our buildings and expect the same from our tenants. Depending on your verifiable rental references, work history and income verification, we require a 1 month security deposit, first and last month rent when application is approved. This is a non smoking building . Smoking will not be tolerated inside the apartment. This will be grounds fore immediate termination of your lease. we pay water, sewer, trash and lawn care.
