    The apartment has been updated very nicely. On the first floor is a large living room, dining area, Kitchen, and a half bath. Off the kitchen and dining area is a glass slider that leads to a private fenced patio area. Upstairs is one big loft style bedroom with a hallways with a vanity area. The bedroom is separated from the bathroom and has one has a huge walk-in closet. We have a very nice drama free building with long term tenants. So, if drama follow you around, please look elsewhere. (Please re-read the last two sentences). We are owner operators of all our rental apartments. We are not a management company. we take pride in our buildings and expect the same from our tenants. If you do not understand the importance of and know how to live peacefully with your neighbors, we will not be a match. Please look elsewhere. There is a laundry facility on site. Depending on your verifiable rental references, work history and income verification, we require a 1 month security deposit and your 1st month rent. Otherwise, first, last and security will be required if your application is approved. This is a non smoking building . Smoking will not be tolerated inside the apartment. This will be grounds fore immediate termination of your lease. we pay the water, trash and lawn care. Thank you. Owner pays for water, landscape, trash and sewer. Tenant responsible for electric and cable.
