The camper sleeps up to three guests and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Inside you will find a refrigerator, stove, shower, dining table, and air conditioning. You are welcome to use the fishing rods and paddle boat provided. These are available at your own risk. We've caught bass and brim right from the shore, and it is a great spot for both beginners and experienced anglers. Please note: The lake is shared with neighboring properties, so you may see others enjoying the water. There is an older storage trailer near the camper. It is not part of the guest area and can simply be ignored. Swimming is not allowed for safety and liability reasons. Thank you for understanding. Although the setting is peaceful and tucked away, you are still less than ten minutes from local essentials including Winn-Dixie, Domino's Pizza, Chinese takeout, Dollar General, and Family Dollar. Whether you're here to fish, read, rest, or enjoy a quiet evening by the water, this lakeside spot offers a simple and refreshing getaway. All included 1000 per month. It is month to month basis.
