The master bedroom has a Queen bed and a pull out Queen sofa bed. The master bathroom has a shower (no tub). This room has its own private porch with a separate entrance.The other remaining bedroom is split into two very small rooms with a dividing door. One room has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is not extra room in these rooms for additional beds.The living room has a pull out queen sofa which sleeps 2.The large yard is perfect for entertaining. It has a picnic table, a gas grill and a magnificent mango tree for shade. The laundry room in the building is coin operated with one washer and one dryer ($1.25/wash and $1.00/dry).Includes all utilities,cable and WiFi.
