It is located on the second floor which is actually one flight below the Dexter Ave street level because of the way the building is situated on the side of the hill. The unit is oriented toward the lake. There is a 100 foot green belt immediately outside the living room windows giving the apartment a relatively private feeling considering its in-city location. Beyond the green belt there are beautiful day and night views of Lake Union, Capitol Hill, and the Cascade Mountains. The apartment is approximately 920 square feet. In addition to the two bedrooms and 1.5 baths, it has a large living room with lots of windows and natural light, a dining room, a view deck, and plenty of closets. Appliances include a dishwasher, and there are laundry facilities (only 50 cents!) on the same floor. The address is 1738 Dexter Avenue North, which is about halfway between south Lake Union and Fremont. The apartment will be available November 15th, possibly before if necessary.
