Fully furnished home with new appliances and complete kitchen down to the the pots and pans. Entertainment fireplace with TV and sofabed included. A spacious deck with wood firepit is provided including patio furniture. It is a very cozy home to stay and enjoy. Absolutely no smoking in the house nor pets allowed. Rent is due 1st. of the month, late fee is ($100) after the 10th of the month. Owner will be in the premises once a month to collect rent and maintenance of the yard,(lawn or leaves). Tenants should maintain premises in clean and organized order. Utilities no included, tenant must pay for eletric and heating ( propane). Please if could, feed fish in the existing pond in the yard as best you can. The existing furniture in the home should be maintain in good order as well as the interior space. The lease will be a 6 month lease, November 2024 til May 2024.
