Park East Lofts were built in 2017! They feel brand new!! They have beautiful, ceilings and a bright open floor plan. They have stainless steel appliances, a large pantry, with a lot of storage in the kitchen. This particular unit is on the first floor and has a patio/ grass area. It feels like you have your own personal backyard! It is a corner unit with a lot of privacy and it's very quiet. The whole unit has laminate floors, there isn't any carpet, which makes cleaning up easy (especially if you have a pet)! Covered parking is available. There are two closets in the master bedroom. The bathroom also has a lot of storage. The whole unit is gorgeous, and there is even an entire brick- accent wall. Management is incredible to work with! They are very helpful. This location is ideal. The apartment faces west, towards a couple of parks and the rec center. It is beautiful. This is a lease takeover. I signed a year lease in March. I am looking for someone to takeover the lease ASAP! You would benefit from taking over my lease because the one bedroom apartments here at Park East Lofts are now at $1615/ month. If you're interested, let me know and you can apply! There is a $500 security deposit and then you'd be responsible for the remainder of the lease, which ends in 3/2022. You'll then have the option to renew if you'd like.
