The room is unfurnished and utilities (water, sewer, trash, electric, and wifi) run between $75 - 90 per month per person. Available January - end of June. (I currently use the room as an office but it would be empty when you move in).I am a second year grad student seeking another grad student or working professional for a roommate through the end of the school year. Ideally, you would be a non-smoking, quiet and respectful. There is one cat in the house and the house can't accommodate any more pets.
