One room for rent in east campus area two bedroom house. Located one block from campus with vegetarian kitchen and free off street parking. The room is unfurnished and utilities (water, sewer, trash, electric, and wifi) run between $75 - 90 per month per person. Available January - end of June. (I currently use the room as an office but it would be empty when you move in).I am a second year grad student seeking another grad student or working professional for a roommate through the end of the school year. Ideally, you would be a non-smoking, quiet and respectful. There is one cat in the house and the house can't accommodate any more pets.
