We hope to find tenants that will treat the home as their own, and can provide basic maintenance (if necessary) throughout their stay. The home is 10 years old and is in excellent condition. Since it was a model home used by the builder for sales, it includes great options. The home sits on a premium lot with the back of the home that faces the Gilroy mountains. The home comes 'optionally' equipped with energy saving appliances such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and a tankless water heater.
