The condo is one block from the National Zoo and Rock Creek Park, which is great for jogging, biking, exercising, etc. It's also close to dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, and grocery stores. Also nearby is Safeway, BestBuy, Target, Bed bath Beyond, CVS, Harris Teeter) and three blocks from restaurants and bars in Mt. Pleasant (The Raven, Wonderland, etc.). For those looking for the nightlife, it's a few blocks away from the bars and restaurants in Adams Morgan. A great walk to everything ie: Whitehouse, Georgetown, National Cathedral and more. Quiet friendly street with great neighbors too! The condo is 5 blocks from the Green and Yellow Metro stop at Columbia Heights. A 10 minute walk to Woodley park red line metro There is also convenient service on our street from the H2, H4, 42 buses to Dupont Circle, Tenleytown-AU, UDC, etc. GW, Georgetown, Howard, and Catholic Universities are also close. The unit is in family friendly building so I'm looking for tenants that will respectful to my neighbours :) I'll be renovating the place during June so it will ready for move in July 1st.
