We're married and considering having children, which could mean us expanding into the basement, so we're looking for a tenant who's interested in 12-18 months and understands going in that we may decide not to extend the lease beyond that depending on our family situation. Because we live in the house, we'd like to meet as part of selecting you as a tenant (and you selecting us as landlords/neighbors); that said, it's a fully separate unit, we respect your privacy and are looking for a professional relationship.
