Aidenn's Cabin is a charming 1 bedroom, loft, 1 bath cabin located in the desirable neighborhood of Tahoe Park! Walk to the Lake, Sunnyside, Firesign Cafe, West Shore Market, and more! The bedroom downstairs has a comfortable queen-sized bed; the loft area has two double/full-sized captain beds, tucked in under the classic sloping roofline, perfect for children or additional guests. The downstairs bathroom has been recently updated with a heated floor, a brightly renovated shower stall, and includes a stackable washer and dryer. During the summer months, enjoy the patio furniture and the gas Weber grill on the wrap-around deck. The cleaning fee includes linens and towels. You may want to bring beach towels, as those are not provided. Walk to your favorite restaurants, such as Sunnyside Restaurant, Firesign Cafe, or Spoon's Restaurant, and the West Shore Market offers excellent sandwiches, organic produce, and more! Walk to the popular Tahoe Park Private Beach area and enjoy the day at the Lake. The private beach has two piers, a swim area for kids, a bocce ball and basketball court, horseshoe pits, a volleyball court, a picnic table associated with BBQs, grass areas, and more! There are popular hiking and biking areas along the west shore and some lovely parks. Nearby Paige Meadows offers seasonal hiking and biking during the summer months and snowshoeing/cross-country skiing during the winter months. Aidenn is a ski lovers' dream with the likes of Palisades / Alpine Ski Resort, Homewood Mountain Resort, and Northstar at Tahoe. Dogs are allowed at this cabin, and is the only pet that may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to bring your dog, please provide details when booking for review. This cabin has an electric fence system to protect it from bears when it is unoccupied. Once you have booked, you will receive detailed instructions on how to use it. LEASE TERMS: 4-month ski lease available beginning December 5, 2025, until April 5, 2026; OR 5-month lease beginning December 5, 2025; OR 4-month lease beginning January 2, 2026. Owner is very flexible. Rent is $2,800.00, Security deposit is $2,800.00, cable, phone and internet is $235/month. Gas and electric will be transferred into tenant's name during tenancy and snow removal for the driveway is estimated to be $900.00/season. Deposit protection plan of $55.00 required and will cover up to $3,000 of accidental damages. All rent plus estimated utilities and snow removal is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
