This home has 2 bathrooms, smoke if you got them, you are also welcome to have overnight guest. You'll have 1 key to the side door and 1 key to your room. You have kitchen privileges, central air, there's a washer and a dryer in the basement and a medium storage space as well. You are welcome to relax on the backyard patio with picnic table, chairs/ umbrella and a small grill and yes there is driveway parking. I am a retired Federal employee (VA Medical Center) and I am the only person living in this home. I am looking for a mature responsible person that pays their rent on time and with as little drama as possible. A 500 dollar deposit plus 1st months rent of 600 dollars will get you moved in.
