This is one of my favorite condo complexes for lots of reasons, including, Low HOA fees (only $310 a month), easy beach access directly across the street, the complex has 3 pools, one tropical & resort style - lots of pool space for swimming and sunning,(including a tiki hut)! Winter guests love the nice tennis courts, heated pool and hot tub. Speaking of guests - vacationers love this location since it is close to the market & entertainment. Pier park is only 5 minutes away. Carillon Beach & the 30A corridor are only a few minutes away. This unit has one of the rare and wonderful back porch and extra ground area for use that is perfect for relaxing under the trees, grilling, picnicking, feeding birds, reading, etc. This unit has so much to offer.
