In the backyard you will find off street parking in our private lot available to residents of the building. Natural gas radiator heat and electric are tenant's responsibility; landlord pays for trash, water, and sewer. We provide a window unit for air conditioning. We only allow indoor cats in this apartment. There are no additional fees. Tenant is responsible for natural gas and electric. Smoking is permitted in this building. Indoor cats are permitted. Parking in our private lot is limited to tenants of this building. There is an abundance of on street parking available on Main Street in front of the building. We ask that residents respect each other by not having excessive noise. The only individuals that may live in this apartment are those that have signed the lease.
