The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and bake, and the living room offers a fully stocked bar as well as a full sized futon and air mattress, plus a small desk if needed. Pets are welcome as long as they are well behaved and non destructive, and there is a large closet space with a cat door where you can put litter boxes, etc. The cat tree is there for your feline friends, and there are some games available on the bookcase in the bedroom! The bathroom is a full bath with a tub where you can relax after a long day, and the wood burning fireplace is functioning and cozy in winter. The property manager lives in the unit directly upstairs and can tend to all needs in a timely manner. There is a garden plot to the side of the building you are free to use! The private attached garage (a true rarity!) includes the washer and dryer, and offers protected parking and extra storage. The community is quiet and relaxed with great neighbors. We are close to the beach (7 minute drive) and many other greenspaces, and the neighborhood is very walkable - you are within walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to Trader Joe's, Costco, Fred Meyer, and the Farmer's Market when in season. Help yourself to the VR set as well as streaming services, and for the musicians out there, the ukelele is yours to enjoy. All rental contracts/leases are for a minimum of 6 months as per the CC&Rs of the Condo Association HOA, and all prospective tenants are required to submit to a background check. The rent includes payment for all utility services (electricity, wifi, water, and sewer). The tenant agrees to use these utilities for normal household purposes only. Intentional, negligent, or wasteful use of utilities is prohibited. The tenant is liable for any utility costs that exceed what is considered normal for the property and its residential use.
