The room is the master bedroom with its private bathroom and private entry. Monthly rent is $600 including utilities. There is a personal refrigerator and the microwave for private use. There is a $25 surcharge for using the private microwave and refrigerator. Central heat and air. Coin-operated washer and dryer on site. Paved parking on site. Good quiet existing long-term tenants. Only good paying tenant is welcome. $300 refundable security deposit (could be paid in two installments) is needed to rent the room. Month to month. To get the refundable deposit back, we required the tenant to 1) give us two weeks of notice for moving out; 2) clean the room; 3). return the keys.
