Nice clean apt. next door to hospital and close to town. Landlords live on-site and are very attentive. Actually it's a Month to Month Rental Agreement, but would hope to have someone looking for a long time rental. We will pay electricity up to $35 per month. Tenant will pay overages. Also included in rent is heat, hot water, grounds maintenance and on-site dumpster. Absolutely No Pets/Smokers.
