This home I purchased in 2002. It has a working/operational gas/natural wood fireplace. The Hvac has been replaced (June 2017). The natural gas furnace was replaced (April 2008). The natural gas water heater replaced (August 2014). It has a 8'x10' metal shed, and a 16'x9' Morgan bldg. w/ electrical utilities able to be connected up to, and an attached 16'x12' bldg (June 2014) w/multiple 110 outlets, 2- 8' dual fluorescent light fixtures, it has 2 doors that allow riding lawn equipment to be stored, while also having a walk thru door. The home is completely surrounded with a 6' privacy fence that has 2 new drive thru gates & 1 walkthrough gate,(October 2014) It has vinyl siding (April 2014) and a new roof (April 2022). The Electrical meter loop & loop base replaced (September 2014). And supply feed to gas meter, and meter replaced (September 2014). In 2020 I have added several ECONOMIC features through Healthy Home LLC (Sept. 2020). This includes a Solar Attic Vent with a continous fan to alleviate heat buildup during summer months, and Attic Thermal insulation NASA standards , and have installed stay KOOL HVAC VISCOSITY OIL TREATMENT to the HVAC A/C Compressor Unit .
