All short term leases come with a $150.00 short term lease fee. We also allow cats and dogs in all of our apartments! For cats we have a one time nonrefundable pet fee of $250.00 and $25.00 per month, and for dogs a one time nonrefundable fee of $500.00 and a monthly fee of $50.00. We have a weight limit of around 50 pounds for dogs and a few breed restrictions- so call us if you have a dog and we can talk about your unique pet!
