Exterior Features: White/beige single story home with wood & vinyl siding. Paint is fading some and needs makeover, curb appeal is fair, yard is groomed and backyard is surrounded by chain link fence. A tree recently fell on the roof and caused a decent amount of damage. The tree has since been removed and the roof temporarily repaired. Interior Features: Has some visible damage to drywall and flooring in a few rooms, will need fresh paint & new drywall. Carpet has been removed in at least one room, wood floors also need varnish/cleaned. Ceiling needs drywall in one bedroom, will need a fair amount of work. Due to a tree falling on the roof of the property, some water was leaking in. The roof is now temporarily repaired and the leaking is no longer happening.
