The A/C unit just got recently replaced, the living room has a new TV with LEDs and a new sofa with a table. The apartment comes with 1 house key, 1 mail room key, and 1 controller for the outside gate. The building has a nice pool and its pretty quit throughout the day. The buildings location is great because the majority of places are walking distance and the beach is just a 8 min walk. Tenant is only responsible for FPL and internet only. The owner covers maintenance, water, and garbage. If the tenant damages the utilities we will keep the deposit to cover the damages. The owner advises the tenant to not smoke in the apartment and we do not allow pets. The duration for the apartment is 12 months and will be $3500 each month.
