Each tenant gets two assigned parking spaces in the parking lot. Pets may be considered based on breed/age with additional deposit. Tenants must pass a background check, credit check and eviction check. Must have a combined income that is equal to 3x the rent. The application fee is $50 per adult. This is a fairly quiet complex with an on site manager and we do expect everyone to be considerate of their neighbors. Renter is responsible for paying electricity and gas. Renter needs to obtain renters insurance during their stay. Renters cannot use parking spaces that are not assigned to them, this also includes guests. Renters cannot smoke inside the unit at any time and must clean up after themselves.
