If background checks are approved, last requirements to rent will be showing proof of income (minimum of 3x times the rent) and an open bank account. Agency help accepted but not waited for, be approved prior to applying, no holding of houses without deposit. Security deposit is equal to rent, some cases may require last months rent to be paid up front as well, no holding of houses without deposit. Pet deposit is required. We rent both single family homes and duplex's. All single family homes require tenant to pay ALL utilities, all duplex units require tenant to pay all utilities except: water, sewer and trash.
