Smoking is not allowed inside the home or on the premises, with a minimum smoking fee of $250, which may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Parties or events are not allowed. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. The property features an unsupervised water feature, so swim at your own risk and monitor children at all times. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations.
