Within walking distance, you'll find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and art galleries. Be sure to check out Veracruz All Natural, East Side King, Odd Duck, Bufalina Due, and Suerte for dining. The Skylark Lounge, Whisler's, The White Horse, and The Grackle are great spots for a drink. Do not use under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication as it may cause unconsciousness. Do not touch a working heater or stones, as it causes burns. Stones are set in a manner to heat and steam optimally, with a $500 fee for any alterations. No glass, alcohol, or smoking in the sauna, with a $500 fee for violations. No food or beverages other than water are allowed, with a $500 fee for violations. No one under the age of 17 is permitted in the sauna without adult supervision. Exit immediately if uncomfortable, dizzy, or sleepy, and turn off the sauna upon exiting, with a $500 fee if left on. Do not cover the heater as it causes a fire hazard. Never make steam by using a water hose, and no use of sauna fragrances and oils are permitted. Sauna doors should always open outward. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). Adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants, but proactive measures are taken to manage this. Keep all windows and doors closed, and if you experience issues, feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink. The landscaping team will be on-site every other Friday to keep the grounds looking their best, but they'll be mindful not to disturb you.
