The unit is 1 mile from downtown, next to Maryfield Park, and right on the bus line. Very clean, private, and smoke free. Parking for 2 cars. $2,000/month and prorated for July and August. Must be out of unit by August 15th (a little flexible on the start and end date). All utilities included. Dates available are between June 30-August 15th. Open to 2-3 week stays as well as longer. 1 month to 6 week lease ONLY, pets ok depending on breed (extra fee added), no smoking. House is furnished and all utilities are included. Unit is not available after Aug. 15th 2025 or so. I'm a little flexible on this date as well as the start date. This is a short term rental only.
