My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to take over our 1 bedroom spacious apartment in Silver Spring MD. Move in day would be on or after September 17th. This one bedroom features a lot for the price including 1 large walk in closet and 1 small walk in closet. This apartment also includes washer/dryer, dishwasher, a balcony, and spacious living areas. There is a very large pool for the summer, gym area, computer room, and dog park included in the price. Since you will be taking over our lease, this will actually save you $115 per month as you can see in the pictures attached. APARTMENT WITH BE PRORATED (HALF OFF) IF YOU RENT ASAP AND MOVE IN ON THE 17TH. You will have to do an application and screening through Avery Park apartments, but doesn't take any more than a couple days. There will be a security deposit needed, along with a pet deposit if you are bring any pets. All security deposits will be dealt with through Avery Park Apartments as I am NOT the landlord. Although move in day isn't until September 17th, we would like for you to start the process as soon as possible so everything can be set and ready to get for your move in day. Move in day doesn't have to be on the 17th, but that is when my boyfriend and I will be moved out. If you are in the area, you are more than welcome to make a time with me to come see the apartment. Walk through times Mon-Fri are after 6pm, Sat/Sun are all day.
