The apartment had that classic LA charm slightly older with some creaks here and there but it was clean, comfortable, and felt very peaceful. It was also more spacious than I expected, with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table that fit four, and plenty of natural light in every room. The little balcony and windows brought in a great breeze, which made the place even more enjoyable. The location was perfect. I loved being able to walk to the beach, the canals, and Abbot Kinney with all its coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques. The neighborhood itself was quiet and residential, which gave me a nice break from the busier beach crowds. Parking was surprisingly easy to find on the street, even at different times of day. Communication with Marie was excellent she was super responsive, kind, and helpful anytime I had a question. A couple of small things like a light out or a lock quirk popped up, but they were minor and quickly handled.
