About the Apt: It's a bright & clean 2bd, 1bth, in a quiet, well maintained 4-plex, w/private parking, shared laundry, fun neighbors and a responsive property manager! Location is a quick walk to Ideal Market, coffee shops, restaurants, downtown Pearl Street, hiking trails, etc., and a quick drive (or bike ride) to pretty much everywhere else in Boulder! About the Room: Sunny, south-west facing windows, hardwood floors, large enough for a queen bed, plus a dresser, desk, chairs, bookshelves, etc. There's also additional storage closets off the living room and sunflowers out your window! The room is approx 145sqft (13'-6''x9'-11'' + 5'-3'x2' closet). About Me: I'm a healthy, active, kindhearted, creative entrepreneur inspired about life, adventure, hiking, biking, yoga, architecture, design and living life in Colorado to the fullest! I also have the sweetest lil pug puppy who lives there too, but she's with me (not at home) most of the time. About You: Clean, considerate, easygoing soul, who knows how to share space and communicate clearly with another human. You've gotta be respectful of people and property, and of course you've gotta be personally responsible with your own rent and life! A bonus (but not deal breaker for me) if you also prefer plant-based meals (vegan or vegetarian) when cooking at home! Sorry no smoking or cats allowed here, but for the right fit, I'd be open to another small pup joining us! Ultimately, I'm open to anyone authentic and drama free!
