Very comfortable vintage mobile home built in 1968.Ive never run out of hot water, the tank is big, it has 3 room air conditioners in it and baseboard heat. New refrigerator, vintage stove and the stackable washer and dryer work great.I had a new roof put on it 3 years ago several trees removed from the back yard which still needs decorating and some repair on the wooden fence. There is a big shed back there too. The Arizona room need to be finished. No insulation etc. floors are smooth concrete. The house is very livable but there is much that can be done to improve it.
