Occupancy Occupancy shall be limited to no more than two (2) persons. Other Terms Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and basement. Tenant shall not sublease or assign the premises without written consent from Landlord. A security deposit of $1,500 is required at lease signing. Lease term: 12 months, renewing month-to-month unless otherwise agreed. Applicants are subject to standard tenant screening (income, credit, and background) before lease approval. Minimum credit 620; no unpaid landlord/utility collections in the past 12 months; no evictions/judgments in the past 3 years; income 3x rent.
