The apartment is available starting in late November but we are flexible and can negotiate earlier/later date if necessary. Living room furniture is available for purchase. Carpet comes with the apartment. There is a small patio with backyard perfect for a grill. Pets are allowed for a one time fee of $300. Our lease expires on May 31st at which time you can negotiate extension with our landlady. Renter is responsible for all utilities but water is split with lower unit. Utilities are between $100-200/month.
