This home is 10 minutes from the beach and a short distance to shops, dining, entertainment, and more. It's a 5-minute drive to McKee Botanical Gardens and 7 minutes to downtown Vero Beach. South Beach Park offers vast, beautiful white sands and sand volleyball courts. Downtown's South Beach Park chronicles the local citrus industry, and McKee Botanical Garden has tropical plants and water lily-filled streams. To the north, Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge shelters brown pelicans. Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. During inclement weather, using the pool is not advised. The pool gets serviced weekly, and after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property at any given time should never exceed 2. Please respect the neighborhood and be considerate of the neighbors while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. The maximum guest count is 6. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please report damages immediately, and the partner reserves the right to pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
