The efficiency has it's own entrance at the top of the stairs, so you do not have to walk through the home of anyone to access it, plus there is a wireless LYNKSYS router in the house so you will not have to pay for high speed Internet connections. The outside door enters into a small receiving room downstairs where I keep my Mardi Gras headpieces, but right now I am also keeping stuff needed for work on the house. I lived in this apartment for a few years and miss the lovely soft morning light because now I have the harsh setting sun. In full disclosure, this is one of those old New Orleans homes always needing rehabilitation and still needing repairs after Hurricane Ida because my Insurance Agency is trying to screw me.
