This Victorian four Plex is on the Historical Societies Preservation List. It's still retains much of its wavy glass and original hardware. Fantastic original front door with French pane glass. This apartment has beautiful paint and attractive flooring. There are lots of windows in this light and airy apartment. Large amount of cabinetry. Please note this apartment has a full-size kitchen and a very large dining room.
Very short walk to wonderful restaurants in Midtown Sacramento. Across the street from the At Ease Brewery, and The Mill Coffee shop. Starbucks is also half a block away.
