This unit is located on the second floor of the apartment building with easily accessible staircases in the front and back of the unit (1818 1/4 is the unit number). Freshly painted walls in all rooms of the unit. Kitchen has newly installed sink and granite countertops. Bathroom is recently renovated with new sink, mirror, and flooring. Each room has its own closet and additional storage closets are found around the apartment (one in the living room and the other in the hallway). Every room has plenty of windows that offer amazing natural light into the apartment. Apartment is located in a safe neighborhood close to public transportation, local markets, laundromats (across the street), and entertainment (~5 mins from K-Town and ~10 mins from Downtown LA/LA Live). Owners will pay for water. Renters are responsible for electricity and gas bills. Rent will be due the 1st of each month.
