Cute cottage in Twickenham (near Gordonston). Close to downtown, about 5 minutes, and close to the Truman Parkway for fast southside commute. This is a 2 bedroom / 1 bath home shared with 1 other roommate. Utilities are shared between 2 people. Screened in back porch with a fenced back yard. Off street parking and laundry on site. Very quiet neighborhood with very little thru traffic. I live on site and am an older male. Respect privacy. During summer months I will be in upstate NY but will be responsible for my rent/utility share. I would like a 12 month lease but might due 6 months depending on the individual. Utilities are shared and will likely be $200 - $225 / per month for each (total of $400 - $450); internet fiber optic AT&T, gas, electric, water / sewage / trash. No smoking in the house but back screened porch is ok. I'm a very easy going person, respect privacy and all have full use of the house.
