Backyard is fully fenced and curbed as well and has covered patio for bbq and relaxing. Privacy hedge, plum tree, bamboo and flower and vegetable garden in backyard as well. Neighborhood Description Clean, safe, good neighbors. Kids can ride their bikes and walk to school and the park. The neighbors keep their lawns and homes in great condition, and look out for each other when we are away or need help. The elementary school in the neighborhood is fantastic, both of my children have attended there.
