Five minute walk to South Street and a 10 minute walk to Rittenhouse. The apartment is a great size for an individual or a couple. There are only two other apartments in the building and both neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. My landlord is great, very nice and very responsive/helpful. The building is pet friendly. The apartment has a washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, garbage disposal the building is wired for both Verizon and Comcast. Utilities are separate from rent on average, PECO is about $100 a month and PGW is $30. Street parking is relatively easy and the permit is $35 for the year. You can't beat the price. I have arranged for cleaners to go in once I've finished moving out so the place will feel like new! DETAILS: - This is a short term lease from March 1 - May 31 at which point a new contract can be signed directly with the landlord - Sublet/Lease begins March 1 but an earlier move in date is possible - $1550/month; first month and security deposit required at signing. - (A $250/month discount will be incorporated for applicants who pay full three months up front) - Pet friendly - Landlord pays water/trash pick up/snow removal - Tenant is responsible for gas and electric - $150/average a month for utilities - Building is wired for Verizon or Comcast - Non smoking - Street parking - $35 annual permit through the city - I will post photos this weekend once I've finished moving!
