Sublet to rent opportunity in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood. There are only two other apartments in the building and both neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. My landlord is great, very nice and very responsive/helpful. The building is pet friendly. The apartment has a washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, garbage disposal the building is wired for both Verizon and Comcast. Utilities are separate from rent on average, PECO is about $100 a month and PGW is $30. Street parking is relatively easy and the permit is $35 for the year. You can't beat the price. I have arranged for cleaners to go in once I've finished moving out so the place will feel like new!
