Close to Union Landing, supermarkets, cafes, and dining. Single occupancy only. No smoking, no pets, no frequent overnight guests. Please keep shared areas clean and tidy. Move-in requirements: First month's rent as deposit, proof of income/employment, background check (fee may apply), and references. 1. **Lease Duration The lease will commence on 11/1/2025 and terminate on 11/1/2026, covering a term of 12 months. After the lease term ends, the tenancy will convert to a month-to-month agreement unless renewed in writing. 2. **Rent and Security Deposit - Monthly Rent: $875, due on the 1st of each month. - Security Deposit: $875, to be held in compliance with California law. - Utilities: $100 flat fee. 3. **Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and within 20 feet of the building to ensure a clean and safe environment for all residents. 4. **Parking Policy - One (1) parking space is included in the lease.
