The apartment includes a living room and kitchen, as well as an attached garage and a balcony. Includes in-unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher (as well as Heat/AC, fridge, microwave, oven, etc.). The apartment is at 18202 Spring Meadow Drive. It is in walking distance of the Friday Center and is very close to the Meadowmont village (Harris Teeter, Brixx, etc.). It is about a 7 minute drive to campus and is close to a bus stop and a bike path. The neighborhood amenities include a pool, fitness center, club house, dog park, playground, and grills, plus various community events. The neighborhood is a mix of graduate students and families.
