The apartment is at 18202 Spring Meadow Drive. It is in walking distance of the Friday Center and is very close to the Meadowmont village (Harris Teeter, Brixx, etc.). It is about a 7 minute drive to campus and is close to a bus stop and a bike path. The neighborhood amenities include a pool, fitness center, club house, dog park, playground, and grills, plus various community events. The neighborhood is a mix of graduate students and families. Let us know if you are interested! The lease is through May 27th (but could be extended further). Pets welcome. No smoking. Apartment comes with a one-car garage, plus there is plenty of parking available for the building. You could also rent a second garage if you wanted to. The one-time application fee is $200, plus $100 per person. Rent + trash service + water & gas comes out to about $1,830/mo. Electricity was $95/mo for 2020.
