Other amenities included a gigantic driveway, a huge private front deck, included single car garage, laundry hook-ups, gas stove and wall heater with thermostat. All main rooms (bedroom, living, dining) have ceiling fans. The unit sits above two garages in a standalone back structure of a duplex property. A tall privacy fence separates the front house from the rear structure.
Rent is $2050. All prospective applicants should have a minimum credit score of 700 and will go through a rental application process that includes a full criminal background check, civil litigation check, and credit check. Tenants will also be expected to provide tax returns for the previous three years and three professional letters of reference (at two from landlords).
