The space has a brand new bathtub installed in its super unique and quirky bathroom. The private kitchen has a dishwasher, oven/stove, fridge, and plenty of kitchen cabinets. Newish (9/2023) washer and dryer is shared with others that live on the main level, and with a third housemate that resides in the basement ADU. There is door separation between all three living spaces. Parking is on the street. There is a Ring video doorbell, which you can connect your smart phone to so that you can see and hear when you're friends arrive at the side door of the house. You can also talk to visitors at your door, even if you're not at home. Rent is $1320 plus $175 in utilities. Utilities include water, electricity, natural gas, garbage, and internet. For a second tenant in this space, there is an added $75/month utility fee to cover the added water expense. It is the most expensive utility there is, and each individual person adds significant cost to the water bill. Move in is $1,320 + $175 + $1,320 security deposit for a total of $2,815.
