    We can't show this house until about the middle of June, but will be happy to answer any questions about it and will show you as many pictures as possible. The house will be available around July 1, but the current tenant is pretty flexible on the date if it needs to be sooner. The owner lives out of town, so any showing will have to be scheduled. There is a cottage in the back off the alley, which was built in 2018 and which is a separate rental. It is separated from the main house by a 6' fence and has its own parking and entrance off the back. It has its own electric meter and owner divides and pro-rates utilities between the two units each month. Garbage cans are shared between both units. Owner has the front lawn mowed twice a month.
