(Our house plans, blue prints, stated the house would be 3,500 square feet. Then later a new bank employee, very young male, tried to measure the square footage and he didn't seem to know what he was doing. This house is not a square or rectangle, harder to measure exact square footage from the outside. It appeared he left off one of the bedrooms that sits above the covered Veranda. He measured it at 3,250 approximately. )
