During Snowbird Season from January to May, we have a well-organized set of social activities including bocce ball, shuffleboard, pickleball, bingo, card games, water aerobics, etc. In addition, we have a well-equipped workout room. Our pool is heated to 85 degrees. Other common area amenities include a hot tub, sauna, tennis court, very nice beach walkover, and gorgeous, large semi-private beach. The beach gives you a front row seat to the awe-inspiring NASA rocket launches and landings. Fishing, Surfing and other beach fun abound. Depending on the schedule, you have a bird's eye view of the air show, surfing competitions, and boat races from our balcony which faces Lori Wilson Park. Our balcony is well appointed with a sofa/lounge as well as bar height table and chairs. Kitchen - Fully Stocked with all the comforts of home. Beautiful Blue Coastal style cabinets with Double Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator and Dishwasher. New Washer/Dryer installed 6/2024. Living Room - Comfy, sand colored Leather Sofa with Recliners, 2 Matching Leather Recliners, and 65" Flat screen TV. Our condo shares a 2-car garage with a neighbor. The garage is nicely located just across from the walkway not far from the elevator. As close as you can get when living in a condo! Extra! - Our home is Alexa enabled with smart lights. All Bedrooms and Living room respond to "Lights on/off" commands. Sounds techy but you will never have argue about who gets up to turn the light on or off. The lights are also multi-color so you can set the color to match your mood. You'll love it!! The damage deposit is $4600 refundable at the end of the lease period. Cleaning fee is $500. First and last month's rent, damage deposit and cleaning fee due upon lease signing.
