Treelined street, ample parking, super-safe, two blocks from library/playground/pool, tennis courts, four blocks from Berkeley's nicest shopping areas. For the five years until now, I was short-term renting for $325/night (200+ 5-star reviews) on VRBO but am switching because of coronavirus. I'm a writer/researcher living quietly alone in the basement apartment below the house, everything separate. Renters barely see or hear me, but I'm around if they need any help. My housecleaners (for 35 years!) are available to renters. Owner pays for gas, sewage, garbage, wifi, electric, cable, everything.
